The location situated in the depth of a forest was fantastic also for the kids. The wooden bangallows and sorroundings were very nice and rooms also comfortable. Breakfast was nice too.
The hotel seemed understaffed. No concierge services and we had to wheel our own baggage top our rooms and back. As we were lacking some towles for the children we were told to come and get them from the front desk as they had nobody to send them to the room with - this took place mid afternoon. Nothing much to do around and there was no entertainment in the hotel either. Heating in the room did not work or was automatically controlled at 22c and we were cold.

It is not far from Parc Asterix. The magician was excellent for the kids.
There was no service to bring the luggage to the room as well as for any other services such as towels and soap etc. The food was a repetition and we stayed 3 nights and was very expensive. We had no other alterative than to eat there as we had no car to go elsewhere. The internet was on breakdown and there was no wifi as stipulated in the advert.

Stayed at a forest hotel near Asterix Parc for a weekend in July. Had a great time with my family. Clean rooms, new bathrooms, and the bunk beds in the kids' room were a hit. The included breakfast and evening meal on the terrace were good. The staff was helpful and the French atmosphere added to the experience. Parc Asterix was fun, especially for the kids.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The rooms are basic but cozy, surrounded by woodlands, and some even have their own private balcony. The attention to detail can be seen in the separate bedroom for parents, providing added privacy, as well as the children's bunk beds in an alcove next to the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Location and proximity to the park.
Dinner was a bit expensive for a family, especially after paying for the park

The hotel was conveniently located near a theme park and offered a package deal at a good price. the rooms were charming and clean, with separate children's areas. the buffet breakfast was nice and complete, and the staff were friendly and patient despite the language barrier.
Dinner options were limited and overpriced, with no other dining options available within walking distance. the lack of air conditioning in the rooms made the children's sleeping area uncomfortably hot at night.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the woodlands right next to the park. It's incredibly convenient, especially for families with children. Speaking of which, the rooms are well designed with a separate bedroom for the parents, providing that much-needed privacy. The children's bunk beds in an alcove next to the bathroom are a great touch, ensuring a comfortable stay for kids up to 1m50. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel is simply delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was perfect and we couldn't fault a thing.

Located in a secluded area surrounded by trees, this hotel is perfect for a quiet getaway. the proximity to the park is a great advantage, allowing you to go back and forth easily and avoid the crowds. the rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast is satisfactory with a decent variety of options available.
The service could be improved as some staff members were less friendly and attentive compared to others.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was great! The winter wonderland setting was enchanting, with snow-covered trees and festive decorations all around. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a popular attraction and the shuttle service was convenient. The room was cozy and warm, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from and a friendly staff.
The dinner options were limited and quite expensive, with no real local food offered. , there was no entertainment provided during the Xmas holiday, which was a bit disappointing.
